Filmed by director Philip Haas (Kings of the Water, The Giant Woman and the Lightning Man) throughout his process from creating bills to spending them at local businesses, MONEY MAN frames Boggs as an ordinary man – not some criminal mastermind or cynical thinker – fascinated by how money's value comes to be. Is a dollar worth anything on paper, or is it simply in the eye of the beholder?
